I hereby request a reservation for the Mare, _________________________________________ AQHA#_______________ to the Stallion, Ginnin Road, for the 200__ season on the following terms:

1. I agree to pay a non-refundable stud fee of $______. (Unless circumstances occur stated in #5.) Which will accompany the return of this contract. Make check payable to Robert Hanson. Unpaid board, veterinary and any other expenses, shall be paid before the Mare leaves the ranch. I understand that board will be $3 per day.
   
   
2. This breeding guarantees a live foal. A live foal is described as a newborn foal that stands and nurses without assistance. If foal is born dead, or should the Mare miscarry, abort or prove barren after leaving Breeder's premises, I have the privilege to return her for breeding during the following season only. All rebreeds will not be charged a stud fee, but is subject to the board fee ($3/day).
   
   
3. I represent and warrant that the Mare to be bred is halter broken, in sound breeding condition, healthy, and free form infectious, contagious or transmissible disease. A current negative Coggins Test, photocopy of both sides of the registration paper, veterinarian's health certificate should also accompany the return of this contract. I understand that for my own protection the Mare should be current on worming and vaccinations before arriving at the ranch. If not, the Breeder's veterinarian will examine and/or test the Mare at my expense. Montana Horse Company reserves the right to refuse Mare if not in proper condition.
   
   
4. I agree that Montana Horse Company, the Breeder, and any person associated with Montana Horse Company is not liable for death, sickness and/or accident including consequential damages caused to the Mare and/or foal; and that I am not liable for death sickness, accident and/or other harm including consequential damages caused to the Stallion, and/or property, or persons associated with Montana Horse Company.
   
   
5. If the Stallion should die or become unfit for service before the Mare produces a live foal, or has not had the opportunity for a rebreed the following year, the stud fee shall be refunded to me by the Stallion owner within a reasonable time of receipt of a veterinarian's certificate stating the mare did not produce a live foal.
   
   
6. This contract is non-transferable. In the event the Mare is sold or otherwise disposed of prior to the birth of the foal the "Live Foal Guarantee" will no longer be valid unless specific written consent or assignment is give to me prior to transfer of ownership.
   
   
7. When Montana Horse Company, or its authorized representative, signs and returns a copy of this offer to me, it becomes a binding contract of both parties, subject to the above terms and conditions.
